Functions:
• Work with Telegram chats in CRM : Handle tg chats in CRM, solving users problems, explaining how app/exchange works and getting 5 star reviews from them
• Work with Emails in CRM : Handle incoming emails in CRM, solving users problems, explaining how app/exchange works and getting 5 star reviews from them
• Prepare 'What's new' updates : Collect valuable updates from product units visiting sprints, demos and retros and tell customers - what's new in LATOKEN.

Requirement skills and experience:
Must have:
- 1y+ personal crypto trading experience - Able to work weekends 12h shifts (8 am to 8 pm MSK time) 4 days / week 3 days off
- Great English communication essential
- Good Russian understanding required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience - worked with Telegram
- 9m+ experience in SMM / 1y+ experience in marketing in a global business Nice to have:
- Experienced in community management or in copywriting - Indonesian, Turkish, Hindi, Bengali languages - an advantage
- Previous experience in Sales of a complex product - an advantage
