Champion hiring, onboarding and Up or Out.
Unit heads and the team need hiring, onboarding and Up or Out management to raise champions' standards and overdeliver the road and OKRs.
- Role score >3.5.
- Onboarding completion rate >90%.
- Successor score >3.
- Hiring : Facilitate Hiring priorities (focus and control recruiters), run HR hour.
- Batches : Control Career Events and score candidates.
- Manage offers : Check if the offer is correct, matches with CV and approved fast.
- Team health : Monitor Unit's health: Onboarding score, Onboarding rate, Successor score, Hire, 360 Score and Rate, BR score.
- Onboarding : Control onboarding rate of the unit, onboarding completion rate and quality of onboarding materials for each role in the unit.
- Satisfaction : Control and improve team satisfaction to keep it >95%.
- Up or Out : Promote champions and fire low performers.
- Attendance : Ensure that all teammates posted daily priorities and deliveries under check in and check up post according to unit standard.

Requirement skills and experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment, ideally, within top-tier fintech companies or agencies.
- Strong professionalism and exceptional stakeholder management skills to partner with senior team members.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Able to operate within a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques.
