LATOKEN is a leading exchange for digital assets trading. We are looking for Business Development Director to onboard institutional traders, tokenization projects and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop top down market players map, identify their needs and top bizdev opportunities
  • Establish relationships and onboard HFT traders, hedge funds, market makers, brokers, trading platforms, and tokenization projects (private equity, VC, real estate)
  • Identify and develop business models for top partnership opportunities
  • Coordinate regional managers and representatives
  • Structure operations for typical partners onboarding and co-marketing
  • Report on partnerships performance KPIs
  • Understand clients' needs and develop product development requirements


Requirements

  • 3+ years in international bizdev or B2B sales combined with experience in capital markets or big 3 consultancy (alternatively - institutional sales experience in a top investment bank)
  • Background in startups, VC, blockhain is an advantage
  • Strong inter-personal and analytical skills, self starting and result-oriented
