*Goal: 50%> retention. % ratio of hired to signed offers improved by 10%. Team onboarding rate 90%>. Successors agreed for all leads and all roles scored above 3.
*How: Ensure the right culture fit with new hires and hire senior roles to raise the bar. Drive performance and retention of top quartile talent across LATOKEN.
*Conditions: Hires should be culture fit and we exit people not performing.

Functions (vary for HRD):
• Focused HRBPs : HRBPs should be laser focused to get the right person for specific problem. Hire HRs experienced in hiring for trading or payments or blockchain firms, focus on a specific unit and make them deeply engaged in roles structuring.
• Board to IPO : Attract top world trading and payments industry board members to strengthen corporate governance and C-level team.
• Roles : Structure role profiles, hiring priorities, target CVs in close contact with hiring managers and barraisers. Ensure HR BPs know whom to hire for which problems.
• Bar-Raiser loop : Ensure that barraisers are 100% loaded for structuring roles (functions, tasks, search profiles) and conducting interviews. Ensure that 100% of roles are scored by barraisers. Supervise the daily completion of checklists, weekly receipt and analysis of reports on the results of the barraisers.
• Screening : Reach 100+ daily screening and selling interviews with targeted candidates per day with Sale of Role, Culture Fit Game, Logic Test by sales recruiters.
• Interviewing : Score candidates with quick case interviews and achievements proof questions for offer decisions. Train hiring managers and interviewers with barraisers.
• Vision : Ensure teammates know how their task today change the future tomorrow.
• Onboarding : Newcomers pass onboarding tests and ready for critical hits without distracting other teammates.
• Alignment : Align teammates goals with the mission by explaining stock options and the mission value.
• Culture : Strengthen our culture of mission driven champions challenging for world records.
• Meritocracy : Build bonus system based on OKRs performance, promotions based on 360 and achievements cases.
• Open conflicts : Encourage open disagreements while eliminating talking behind. No politics. No grievances nurturing. Candid feedback.
• HR platform : Automate and reuse processes with the HR platform: Vacancies, Offers, Contracts, Onboarding, Salaries and Promotions are generated from well-defined Roles.
• Compliance : Audit root problem reports, other communications and raise to compliance committee potential violations of Code of Ethics or Contracts or Principles.
• Transparency : Real-time reports on HR team main numbers, candidates movements through funnels by channels, roles, units and interviewers linked with 360 and OKRs performance of hires.
• Feedback loops : Build feedback loops based on 360, checklists, 1-1s so teammates know how to hit targets.
• Sell Jobs : Train HR to sell jobs and make candidates desperate to get to slot in the rocket ship. Sell our mission to help millions to get investments and a billion to become stakeholders of the future.
