Role: Head of Marketing
Role Mission: Attract traders with traditional and viral marketing.

Story: LATOKEN needs effective tools with transparent and measurable performance to attract, activate and retain traders.

Key PROBLEM's:

  • Double rate of new user acquisition (May levels to January levels) via
  • Tripple number of co-marketing activities and budgets
  • Improve viral campaigns effectiveness (+20% ROI in May vs. Jan).
  • Acquire 50K new users from influencers by end of May.
  • Update the referral programme and increase the rate of referred users by 50%
  • Improve user retention (+5pp in May vs. Jan).
  • Grow SMM audience by 20% (May to Jan) and engagement by 50% (May to Jan).

  • Create transparency of the baseline and of the performance of all the marketing initiatives (via dashboards).

Functions:
• Traders growth : Design strategies and action plans to ensure viral traders' count growth using combined team efforts.
• Partnerships : Optimize existing comarketing product and launch new partnership models such as influencers or trading academies referral programs.
• User retention management : Create and execute a strategy to decrease churn rate of users on platform and roll it out using team's collective effort.
• Growth of revenue : Increase average fees from traders by targeting most profitable cohorts and increase the usage of LATOKEN services.
• Hiring top talent : Grow the number of teammates each month while following up or out policy, ensuring high performance with Olympic mindset and values.

Requirement skills and experience:
Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience in leading marketing or user acquisition in a tech startup Experience in Crypto or Fintech will be a plus, as well as BIG-3 or BIG-4 consulting experience.

Experience in OKRs implementation, BPMN/ERP, Agile IT management, customer analytics or growth hacking will be helpful, too You need to have a genuine desire to be a senior leader in a very dynamic, successful and growing company – and see the job and growth of the company as a large part of your life.

You would be required to work very long hours, in a demanding, but rewarding work environment.
