We’re looking for Head of User Acquisition and Retention to bring the next generation of exchange and payments into masses.

The role

  • Be obsessed to propel growth through innovative data-driven marketing, engagement and retention initiatives
  • Measure and get insights from user behavior across the customer journey to prioritize and execute growth initiatives
  • Identify clients segments, use cases, value proposition and communication channels
  • Manage or coordinate partnerships/affiliate, online media including SEM, paid social, podcasts, direct mail, and another digital acquisition channel
  • Coordinate CRM development to assess and optimize engagement and move towards a customer journey-based re-engagement program
  • Collaborate with PR and brand team to get maximum growth out of resonating company news
  • Magnify co-marketing channels in close cooperation with exchange listing team
  • Work with the product team to identify and implement conversion and retention improvement initiatives
  • Manage budgeting process for customer acquisition, including forecasting and ROI assessments
  • Be the client


  • 2-5 years in international customer acquisition roles
  • Expert either in CRM or performance or partnership marketing
  • Capital markets, fintech, big 3 or another high pace international work experience
  • Command knowledge of blockchain market is important
