Role Mission: B2B clients are happy with support & recommend our exchange.


  • Story: B2B clients need to be satisfied with support, listing and co-marketing activities in order to grow in traders, holders and virality to spread the word about LATOKEN and recommend LATOKEN as the best exchange for crypto projects and start-ups.
  • Goal:
    • Clients are 95%+ satisfied with the service that we provide in Q4.
    • List 15+ projects with co-marketing in Q4.
    • Get 5000+ new traders in Q4.
    • Collect 30000+ revenue in Q4.
  • How:
    • Always be in contact with projects in portfolio to ensure their success on our platform.
    • Monthly offer co-marketing activities to stimulate organic volumes and liquidity in their trading pairs.
    • Conduct listings, ieo, airdrops, trading competitions, stakings, swaps, giveaways in order to increase projects virality, volumes, number of holders, liqui
  • Conditions:
    • Use crm, checklist, clickup, scripts, pitchdeck, best cases in airdrops and trading competitions, market making to get tokens in good standing.
    • Always check the quality of projects regarding co-marketing perspectives and don't list shitty coins in order to maintain the loyalty of traders.


  • Listing: Find and list top projects for free.
    • Fraud: Score out tokens with signs of a scam.
    • Profiling: Provide at least 95% of profiling information for each project.
    • Co-Marketing: Carry out co-marketing activities and offer additional services to the projects to ensure traders' growth and the good standing of the projects.
    • Support: Ensure all B2B clients receive top-quality support, all issues are solved on time, and our service is recommended to family and friends.
    • IEO page: Setup and launch the IEO page.
    • Currency: Set up the new token on our platform and test deposits and withdrawals.


    Hard skills:

      • 2+ years of account management or B2B sales experience in the field of fintech, crypto, and investment banking.
      • Experience in business development.
      • Problem-solving skills, result-oriented, strong work ethics.
      • Fluent English.

      Will be a strong plus:

      • Experience as a trader in banking or finance.
      • Experience with marketing.
      • Graduated from a top university.
