Details:

*Story: Teammates need BPs & Recruiters to be a key force raising the bar so A-players join a team and makes us faster and stronger.
*Goal: 50+ Hires and 50%> retention. Successors agreed for all leads and all roles scored above 3.
*How: Lead the champion team of HR business partners to fill LATOKEN with the best international talent at an unprecedented pace.
*Conditions: Transparency through fair sports tables.

Main performance number: Key roles Hired above 360
Second performance number: Offers signed to Hired rate, %
Third performance number: Leads successors, %

Functions:

  • HR / Employer Brand : Strengthen HR Brand, increase awareness and eliminate negative publicity affecting HR brand. Invest in an EVP and work with managers on how to sell the company brand and culture to candidates.
  • Attract : Lead the team to post vacancies and hit 6 signed offers a month per team member. Actively recruit high priority and key senior roles.
  • Automation : Work with product teams to continue to automate the recruitment process.
  • Hire : Ensure hiring needs are clear, 2 talents reserve for each priority role to hire within 1 week, vacancies are up to date, hiring process is managed via CRM and transparent to hiring managers, first week assignments are prepared..
  • Develop : Grow Partnering team, skills and culture via hiring right people to well defined roles, onboarding, training, 360 review and reserve pool.

Requirement skills and experience:

Hard skills:

  • 5+ years recruitment and talent attraction experience.
  • Technology, FinTech or Cytpo experience.
  • Background in data led recruitment, automation and AI.
  • Start-up and high pace environment exposure.
  • Fluent English.
