Account Manager / Listings – Remote

Role: Account Manager

Location: Remote, MSK Timeline

The ideal applicant must have previous working experience in a similar Fin Tech/ Blockchain/Cryptocurrency environment, ideally from a trading background.


  • Build strong relationships with clients. Make a first approach to learn their about their “needs” and “wants”, determine joint business goals to increase LTV

  • Analyse Clients token performance and advice the best strategy to achieve Clients targets

  • Increase LS revenue and trading fees from Clients’ accounts

  • Confirm and evaluate trading bots are working properly, and Clients have enough amount of working capital and update trading desk in according to Clients targets

  • Participate in Customer development, detect clients' challenges, reasons why rejections happen, formulates hypothesis and implement the changes to improve our products and processes.

  • Grow your sales and analytical skills through workshops, ghost calls with experienced managers and self-education.

Requirement Skills and Experience:

Experience in: Sales & Account Management, Marketing, Risk Management, Investment Banking, Fintech, and Startups is a plus.

Hard Skills: Crypto, Phyton, English and Second language is an average (Turkish, Hindi, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Russian).

Soft Skills: Customer-oriented, extrovert, eager to work in a high-pressure environment, ready to take a good level of ownership and leadership (risk and responsibility). High-performance standards, ambitions to grow and change the world.
