Functions:

  • Traders growth: Design strategies and action plans to ensure viral traders' count growth using combined team efforts.
  • Partnerships: Optimize existing co-marketing products and launch new partnership models such as influencers or trading academies referral programs.
  • User retention management: Create and execute a strategy to decrease the churn rate of users on the platform and rolling it out using the team's collective effort
  • Growth of revenue: Increase average fees from traders by targeting the most profitable cohorts and increase the usage of LATOKEN services.
  • Hiring top talent: Grow the number of teammates each month while following up or out policy, ensuring high performance with Olympic mindset and values.
  • Coaching: Ensure the team is well trained in using scripts and pitching presentations while following high-quality communication standards.
  • Listing Success: Advice customers on strategy and marketing to grow their token into the top 50 CMC/CG rank. Automate and assure the quality of the listing process and relations with clients.
  • CRM: Ensure CRM processes and funnel analytics are transparent, automated, and evolving fast to empower growth managers to cross-sell products.


Requirement skills and experience:

Hard Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in crypto or blockchain is a must. No exceptions.
  • 3+ years in leading sales or biz-dev teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving 4x-6x growth in a high-paced international company Experience with Agile and OKRs methodology Knowledge of token analytics
  • Advanced or Native English is a MUST. No exceptions.
  • Experienced in raising high-performing biz dev managers, Ability to create and sign partnerships that are of mutual benefit to the company and clients.
