Role: Head of Product Analytics
Role Mission: Which retentions, conversions and channels to scale?

Story: Product Owners and Managers need to know which retentions, conversions and channels to scale, so they focus on priority hypotheses for growth and to hit targets before they burnout.

Key PROBLEM's: Build end-to-end analytics to show performance of channels and their conversions in order to remove impediments to growth, targeting 20% improvement in retention in 1H 2022.

How:

  • Link visitors cookies/UTMs with User ID in DWH, to see which channels are most effective to bring in traders
  • Build dashboards to show channels' and conversions' performance
  • Create priority hypotheses list and identify top to test
  • Establish process for A/B and other testing for hypotheses, and ensure hypotheses are tested
  • Hire product analytics and ensure they follow team standards, e.g., making numbers comparable and clear

Main performance number: Retention
Second performance number: End-to-end conversion
Third performance number: Teammates hired

Functions:
• Data : Leverage of machine learning techniques to understand customer’s feedback and satisfaction with proven data evidence and analysis
• Dashboards : Design & automate real-time dashboards detailing funnel conversion rates (activation, referral, churn, etc.), revenue, ROMI, team mate input & performance across co-marketing campaigns.
• User Analytics : We know which channels to scale and which conversions to increase as we know users' clusters, cohorts, channels conversions, activation, churn, referral and monetization.
• Funnels : Universal funnel analytics across channels for retention, conversion, etc.
• A/B testing : Develop hypotheses, convert them to backlog, test, and turn into killer features
• Team Management : Hire, onboard newcomers and manage the existing team to make analytics unit grow.

Requirement skills and experience:
5+ years in analytics of high pace tech company, ideally in neo-banking, fintech, product-driven or blockchain company.

In-depth knowledge of customer development, data-driven decision management applied in practice, in particular channel analytics, funnel and retention/churn.

Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving in projects with many stakeholders, particularly product managers and owners.

Ability to assemble and manage a team of champion analysts and developers, and performance management / feedback of the team.

Ability to clearly structure goals and achieve results.

Proficient in MySQL and Python and can code.

As a plus:

Understanding of the crypto industry and major products on the market Understanding of trading.

Experience in preparing and conducting A/B tests, building dashboards, UI/UX

Data Science, cohort, cluster, channel, funnel analytics is a plus.

Logical and analytical to prioritize top analytics that can improve conversions and retentions

Finalist of a regional olympiad or MIPT, MIEF, VMK, NES graduate - advantage.

Fluent in English.
