We’re looking for Recruitment Manager to expand our 70+ international team with top talent and strengthen our high-performance culture.


LATOKEN is the blockchain based exchange for tokenized assets and currencies. We are number one source of liquidity for new tokens and assets classes. Our goal is to automate capital markets with $150 tn daily trading volume and to unlock value of $200 tn illiquid assets. Responsibilities:

  • Identify hiring priorities with the managing partners and unit leaders
  • Create tailored job descriptions and push through recruiting channels
  • Build applications pipeline and pre-screen candidates
  • Organize batch and individual interviews
  • Manage job offer and onboarding procedures
  • Coordinate hiring in foreign offices (San Francisco, Singapore)
  • Contribute to the Performance culture development
  • Assistant/Junior role can be a starting point

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruiting is a plus, however problem-solving skills and integrity are more important
  • You would prefer case interviews and fact based hiring decisions
  • Strong social skills: empathy and ability to identify values structures
  • Evangelist of the Performance culture: Hungry to get things done, take responsibility, structure, prioritize, encourage team to do the best, have courage and tenacity
  • Track record of achievements (Olympiad winner, entrepreneurship, high academic score)
