We’re looking for Recruitment Manager.
- Identify hiring priorities with the managing partners and unit leaders
- Create tailored job descriptions and push through recruiting channels
- Build applications pipeline and pre-screen candidates
- Organize batch and individual interviews
- Manage job offer and onboarding procedures
- Coordinate hiring in foreign offices (San Francisco, Singapore)
- Contribute to the Performance culture development
- Assistant/Junior role can be a starting point
- Experience in recruiting is a plus, however problem-solving skills and integrity are more important
- You would prefer case interviews and fact based hiring decisions
- Strong social skills: empathy and ability to identify values structures
- Evangelist of the Performance culture: Hungry to get things done, take responsibility, structure, prioritize, encourage team to do the best, have courage and tenacity
- Track record of achievements (Olympiad winner, entrepreneurship, high academic score)
- Be a part of the team transforming the financial system
