Account Manager / Customer Success -Token Listing

Role: Account Manager

Location: REMOTE, MSK

To increase the monthly number of active traders by listing top tokens with high-growth potential; decrease the churn rate of traders and ensure that active traders and investors are protected with initial security risk procedures.

Main performance number:
Increase Active traders growth rate.
Second performance number: Churn rate of traders.
Third performance number: At least 70% of the portfolio is in good standing.

• Listing: Find and list top projects.
• Co-Marketing: Make sure that all of the co-marketing activities are done and additional services are offered.
• Support: Ensure all B2B clients receive the best quality of support, all issues are solved in timely manner, so our service can be recommended to friend and family
• Profiling: Each project has at least 95% of profiling information listed.
• IEO_PAGE: IEO setup and launch.
• Fraud and Compliance: Score out tokens with identify any signs of scam listings.
• Currency: Set up new tokens on the platform and test deposits and withdrawals.
• Troubleshooting: Deal with all technical issues, and make sure its resolved within 48h.
• Career Path: CS Account Manager careers path (max 6 months) should develop to a Growth Manager which should lead to becoming a Country Lead or Product Manager within a year. There will be performance metrics targets. Management Trainee career path CS > GM > PM 1-2 month, who should be able to test and train most of the newcomers lacking crypto work experience. Pretty much the same path for trading desk and sales teams.

Requirement skills and experience:

Experience in: Sales & Account Management, Marketing, Risk Management, Investment Banking, Fintech, and Startups is a plus.

Hard Skills: Crypto, Phyton, English and Second language is an average (Turkish, Hindi, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, German).

Soft Skills: Customer-oriented, extrovert, eager to work in a high-pressure environment, ready to take a good level of ownership and leadership (risk and responsibility). High-performance standards, ambitions to grow and change the world.
