- Hire Barraisers : Hire barraisers from IB/Big3 with expertise needed to build our products in institutional trading and payments, marketing and operations.
- Plenty of Interviews : Ensure barraisers interviews slots are overbooked with well targeted and warm prospects.
- Define Roles : Leverage Barraisers to structure Roles missions, main numbers and functions so prospects are clear and excited about their expected impact.
- Hire in 3 days : If top talent applied, her should get immediate callback and 2 interviews in a row by barraisers with a supervisor interview the same or next day for offer decision.

Requirement skills and experience:

- Made 50+ interviews.
- Can do SQL and Python queries to have process analytics at fingertips.
- Fluent English.
