We are looking for a Marketing/Partnerhsip Director and Manager to make aware a billion auditory about our platform benefits and convert them into loyal users.

Responsibilities
mid level:

  • Identify and execute partnership/affiliate opportunities
  • Contribute to the customer journey enhancement based on client acquisition funnel metrics
  • Develop and manage refferal programs or SMM or Direct or Performance marketing

experienced marketing professional:

  • Develop the marketing cycle: planning, content creation, targeting, direct, SEO, SMM etc
  • Align content plan with the product development
  • Design incentives mechanisms and campaigns for referral and retention growth
  • Measure and optimize marketing funnel from reach to acquisition and activation to maximize MROI across channels
  • Coordinate marketing of Korean and Singapore teams


Requirements

  • Strong hands on experience and achievements in one of: partnerhips/affiliate, SMM, direct, performance or retention marketing
  • International background in e-commerce or apps or capital markets or big3/4
  • Start up experience is a strong advantage
  • Data-driven, multi-tasking, able to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive and result-oriented
