- 3+ years in sales or business development
- 3+ years previous experience in managing and growing Sales teams
- Experience in process automation and analytics
- Worked 4 + years in high pace international environment or has a degree in top 30 international university
- Go-getter attitude, outstanding people and problem-solving skills
- Likely to think that the work-life balance is a downshifting concept as it assumes a conflict between clients' and personal interests
- Definitely puts the interest of clients first, loyal, never backtalk, radically openminded and transparent
- At least basic knowledge of crypto markets (IEOs markets)
- Fluent English
