- Successors : Ensure you hire A+ successors and unit lead grow them otherwise prepare turnaround.
- Roles : Structure role profiles, hiring priorities, target CVs in close contact with hiring managers and barraisers. Be a thought partner for unit under the responsibility.
- Vacancy : Ensure vacancies based on role profiles with functions, requirements and keywords posted and timely updated on hh.ru, breezy, linkedIn, vc.ru. angel and other recruitment resources.
- LeadGen : Find top relevant candidates, conduct screening interviews and control by passing candidates business or developers tests.
- Interview : Manage the interviewing process, including batches, invite candidates to interviews with barraisers and hiring managers.
- Offer : Make offer decision, prepare candidate for offer and onboarding.
- Onboarding : Ensure candidate passed onboarding check lists, tests, 1-1 and start up to date critical hit task.
- Test week : Ensure newcomers raise the bar and deliver value from the first days as they are a great fit and well onboarded with unit manual, tests, and well-defined tasks.
- Team development : Review and act on 360, 1-1, main numbers and problem reports with Hiring Managers to improve teammate performance. Build feedback loops.
- Offboarding : Conduct offboarding interviews and make units' problems transparent to improve team health, hiring process and make leaver filling happy.
- Scrum : Do Stand-ups, Sprints with Demos, Grooming and Retro driven by Stories Who need What, Why.
- Transparency : Timely preparation of reports on the candidates' funnel, on the interviews conducted. Bottleneck analysis. Ensure movement of candidates from stage to stage in HR Funnel and completeness and consistency of candidate data in the CRM.
Requirement skills and experience:
- 2+ years in HR at a high pace international environment.
- Outstanding achievements in people management, talent hunting or team training.
- Experience of successful hiring at least in one of the sectors: capital markets, fintech, blockchain or IT teams.
- Hardworking self-starting culture.
- Outstanding problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
- Prefer to go out of comfort to grow.
- Loyal, never backtalk, radically open-minded, transparent, and puts interests of clients first.
- Has a good command of English.
