Mission: Find and attract the targeted candidates to double team each quarter to sustain 100%+ monthly user growth with endurant high pace visionary problem solvers and development of professionals in trading, payments and blockchain with signing at least 4 offers per month.
Main performance number: 4+ Signed Offers per Month
Second performance number: Average CV5 Score >3
Third performance number: 200+ Screening Tests Per Month
• Pipeline : Build a diverse pipeline of relevant candidates using creative sourcing channels.
• Sell Jobs : Sell LATOKEN jobs and attract talent candidates from top companies .
• Interview : Conducting interviews, including Cultural Fit screening.
• Offer : Prepare and sell candidates an offer. Tie all features of the offer to the opportunities this job creates for the candidate and the benefits they can enjoy.
• Scrum : Participate Stand-ups, Sprints with Demos, Grooming and Retro driven by Stories Who need What, Why.
Requirement skills and experience:
1+ years experience in Corporate Recrutment, Event Management or Sales
Overall understanding of the fintech industry and IT
Passion and understanding of blockchain technology as well as digital currency is a strong plus
Ability to create unique and attractive EVP and communicate it effectively to the candidate.
Challenge for outstanding results from herself and others.
Potential to grow to HR Business Partner.
Solid problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
Participation in Regional and Federal level competitions ("olympics") is a strong plus
Hardworking self-starting attitude.
