Unit Mission: Clients are successful and evolving our products to delight their future needs.
Role: Account Manager (B2B)

Functions:

  • Lead Generation : Find and list for free top projects.
  • Co-Marketing : Make sure that all of the co-marketing activities are done and additional services are offered.
  • Support : Ensure all B2B clients receive top quality support, all issues are solved in timely manner, and our service is recommended to family and friends.
  • Profiling : Each project has at least 95% of profiling information.
  • IEO_PAGE : IEO setup and launch.
  • Report : Score projects using 10-point system.
  • Currency : Set up new token on our platform and test deposits and withdrawals.
  • Troubleshooting : Solve projects technical issues.
  • Career Path : CS Account Manager should grow (max in 6 month) to growth manager which should grow to country lead or to Product Manager in 1 year. Up or out based on performance metrics. Management Trainee CS->GM->PM 1-2 month should be used to test and train most of newcomers lacking crypto exp. Pretty the same path should be for trading desk and sales.

Requirements:

Hard skills:

  • More than 2 years experience in account management, co-marketing and sales, B2B (investment, finance).
  • Fluent English is a must and one of the following Turkish, Hindi, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, German is an advantage.
  • Proficient in: crypto trading, data analysis, source hunting, lead generation, client knowledge.
  • Experience in: tech startups, data science, crowd funding (IEO, IPO) is an advantage.

Soft skills:

  • Strong communication skills, ability to be flexible and put client needs first, ego last, trouble-solving skills.
  • Worked in a high-pressure environment or have olympiad achievements.
  • Desire to work with people with high performance standards.
  • Eager to build a scalable product.
