- Deliver top 50% in HRBP sports table results with 4+ hires a month in Q4.
- Increase retention >50% in Q4.

- Hire candidates, coordinate interviews & offers, drive a high-performance culture.
- Onboard newcomers & offboard leavers.

- Groom Successor : Push unit lead to hire & grow A+ successors or push unit lead out.
- Structure roles : Coordinate with Hiring Manager & Bar raiser to finalize role profile taking charge of HR items (Requirement skills and experience, Keywords, Pitch to candidate, Vacancy link, Ideal CV, Link to list of prospects in SignalHire).
- Candidates : Publish vacancies & send out e-mail blasts based on up-to-date role description & SignalHire search, screen and test relevant candidates for interviewing.
- Interview : Hand-hold candidate through the interview funnel managing schedules & chasing feedback.
- Offer : Prepare candidate for offer and onboarding, make offer.
- Team development : Review and act on 360 1-1, performance numbers and problem reports with Hiring Managers.
- Scrum : Development of an internal control system for assets to prevent or quickly detect cases of fraud.
Requirement skills and experience:
- 3+ years in HR at a high pace international environment.
- Outstanding achievements in people management, talent hunting or team training.
- Experience of successful hiring at least in one of the sectors: capital markets, fintech, blockchain or IT teams.
- Hardworking self-starting culture.
- Outstanding problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
- Prefer to go out of comfort to grow.
- Loyal, never backtalk, radically open-minded, transparent, and puts interests of clients first.
- Has a good command of English.
