Role Mission: To ensure the best in class employee journey from signed offer to hired status.

-Using benchmarked companies and automated tools with data insights.
-Create a high quality onboarding methodology and processes
for newcomers so that good integration into the company and their units is guaranteed.
-Find pains that hinder the company’s growth to find solutions and prevent further losses of good candidates.

  • Benchmark the best journeys and create the best experience for talent that have signed offers from the first day and then through to hired status.
  • Be responsible for compliance of employees to company policies. Monitor daily routines and attendances for mandatory events Conducting code of ethics compliance tests.
  • Introduction to company’s policies and rules, assignment of functions, tasks and growth path, accesses provision, monitor weekly tasks completion.
  • Help newcomers adapt to the team and culture. Motivate newcomers to raise the bar and deliver value from the first days of employment.
  • Monitor the recordings and quality of the role induction videos for newly created and existing roles and functions within all units. Keep video tutorials up-to-date.
  • To monitor the quality of onboarding process and materials.
  • Create, maintain and update the onboarding materials to ensure quality and development of onboarding methods.
  • Ensure all the newcomers are familiar with the onboarding requirements and pass it in full.
  • Ensure that all documents are saved and structured in compliance with corporate policies.

Requirement skills and experience:

Hard Skills:
- 5+ years of HR experience in fintech, crypto, IT, consulting or IB.
-Work experience in high pace international environment.
-Fluent oral and written English and Russian is a must. No exceptions.
-Experience in creating employee journey, HR methodologies and materials.
-Familiarity with CFR is a plus.
-Good working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Docs.
