-Using benchmarked companies and automated tools with data insights.
-Create a high quality onboarding methodology and processes
for newcomers so that good integration into the company and their units is guaranteed.
-Find pains that hinder the company’s growth to find solutions and prevent further losses of good candidates.

Requirement skills and experience:
- 5+ years of HR experience in fintech, crypto, IT, consulting or IB.
-Work experience in high pace international environment.
-Fluent oral and written English and Russian is a must. No exceptions.
-Experience in creating employee journey, HR methodologies and materials.
-Familiarity with CFR is a plus.
-Good working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Docs.
-Ability to achieve results in a high-stress and fast-paced environment
-Eagerness to work in high caliber team to ensure blitzscaling
